Covert Aire™ is teaming up for the third year with Mingeldorff’s, Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems, and Lowcountry Radio Group to fix, replace or repair selected homes without heat this winter through their charitable drive, Operation Warm Up. Over the last two years, the Bluffton-based heating and air company has donated over $20,000 in services to families in need across the Lowcountry.

“The last two years, Operation Warm Up has brought such joy to my team and to those we were able to help,” says Mike Covert, President of Covert Aire™. “We want to do what we can to help those who need it stay warm this winter.”

The public can assist by sharing a description of anyone they know who may need help. To be considered for Operation Warm Up simply submit their story explaining why they have a heating issue and cannot afford to fix it. Non-profit groups and civic organizations can also submit nominations of someone in need of heating repairs.

Submit your story or the story of your family or friend at by clicking “Contact”. Fill out the form including the story of the individual or family you are nominating. All entries received will be confidentially sent to Mike Covert’s office directly. Forms must be submitted between Nov. 1 through Dec. 2 in order to be considered. Those chosen will not have their names released, unless explicit consent to use the name, likeness and photograph is given.

In addition to Covert Aire™, with Mingeldorff’s, Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems, and Lowcountry Radio Group are sponsors of Operation Warm Up.

Covert Aire's™ 10 Year Anniversary!

We are going to celebrate throughout the rest of 2017! Stay tuned to our social media pages to see all the fun we have at the office and in the field!

Covert Aire™ started on July 7, 2007 and became successful in the beginning largely due to the residents of Sun City who called on Mike to install or repair their heating and air systems. In ten years the company has grown to serve residents and businesses throughout the Low Country, Savannah and other regional areas in the state of South Carolina and Georgia. The company’s core value statement emphasizes caring for others positive attitude, integrity, effort, and being the best of the best in heating and air services and giving back to others as a high priority to success in what they do. Covert Cares.

Keep an eye out for Mike Covert and the Covert Aire™ Crew out and about celebrating! If you see us, snap a pic and post to social media and tag us and add the hashtag #covertcares!
